This was a great experience. My wife and I had just come from a big name competitor's store with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. We found a bed there that could work but the price was a tad high and the service wasn't making us feel very comfy.

Then we entered this store and Jamie greeted us immediately (though he was actively helping an elderly couple at the time). He took care of our needs and the others in the store single handedly without making anyone feel left out. We even befriended the other couple as he typed out all our invoices and gave us a discount for bundling platform, mattress, and box springs together. We paid less for the whole set up than the competitor was going to charge us for just the mattress. Friendly. Professional. Great deal 10/10!

Outstanding Service

We recently visited this location of Factory Mattress with the intention of purchasing both a King and a Queen mattress for our home. We were looking for a King mattress with extra firmness to support our backs and a Queen mattress with slightly less firmness.

Brian, at this location, quickly grasped our needs and recommended the perfect options. His detailed explanations of the materials, construction, and lumbar support of the mattresses were incredibly helpful and made our decision-making process much easier. Thanks to Brian’s expertise, we confidently chose both mattresses he suggested.

Billing and Payment:

The billing process was straightforward and transparent. We made our purchase during the Labor Day weekend, and Brian applied all available discounts to our order seamlessly.

Delivery:

We were initially offered free delivery, but needed to reschedule due to personal commitments. Although this typically incurs a $100 charge, Brian kindly waived this fee for us.

I highly recommend this location for anyone in the area looking for a mattress. Brian's exceptional service and knowledge made our experience top-notch.

I'm really glad we found this store, and Brian was there to assist us in our purchase. He really let us take our time to decide and also guided us to choose our perfect mattress. And Brian gave us a great deal on a Seally extra Firm.
The delivery was yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. The communication was outstanding, and the delivery guys were on time . They took our old mattress and put the new one in just 5 minutes! I definitely recommend it.

We walked in 20 minutes before closing and walked out having ordered a very nice mattress from Brian. He answered all of our questions, helped us make the right decision and he had a great attitude. We can’t wait for our Active Breeze to be delivered next weekend.

Brian was technically supposed to be closed by the time we left but he never mentioned it. He didn’t rush us or mention it.
