The Watermark is by far one of my favorite communities to visit. As a hospice worker,
I have assisted patients and families in the building. The staff is always friendly and communicative. The building is always clean and lively with activities and cheerful residents. Their care team is full of compassion. I would highly recommend The Watermark to anyone looking at assisted living and memory care.

This is an amazing retirement community! I can tell that the people who run it genuinely care about their residents. Our mother has resided here for over a year in the memory care facility. My brother had visited more than 1/2 dozen facilities before making a decision for our mother’s care. Watermark at Southpark stood out because of their competent and compassionate staff and management team. They have kept us well informed of her care. Also their support team, Magnolia Hospice, has been wonderful for our mom’s needs. The building itself is clean and well maintained. We cannot express how much we appreciate the entire team. I would highly recommend!

I've had the honor of being invited to perform for the residents at The Watermark many times in the last year or so. It's one of my favorite places to go. The atmosphere is relaxed and lovely. The people are all so kind and happy. And the acoustics are great! If I were looking for a place to stay, I would definitely want to be there.

If you have a relative in or needing assisted living services, you know the stress of finding a place you trust that will give top notch care for your loved one. We have almost a year experience with this Watermark location and have to say genuinely impressed with the facilities, staff and level of service provided. You can take a tour and see the smiles on the residents and staff faces and the high quality of service provided.

I recently visited The Watermark with my family member. The building was clean and orderly and the staff was super friendly. The residents were engaged and all had smiles on their faces while activities were being conducted. Walking through their doors felt like another home and I am beyond thankful for their efforts in serving the senior community.
